We plan to calculate a cost share for the meeting which includes the meeting rooms, catering during the event, two dinners in Äkäslompolo, the fireside chats and the transport in Äkäslompolo, including airport shuttling.
The fee does not include accomodation and travel cost.
The amount is EUR 800. This is pure cost only. This is a non-commercial and non-profit event. Potential profit will be donated.
