Registrations are only considered accepted after confirmation by the Ruska-Camp team. Please transfer the participation fee quickly after receipt of the invoice, but no later than 15.08.2025 - and thus before the event!
Cancellations before August 15th, 2025 will incur a cancellation fee of EUR 150. Cancellations after 15.08.2025 or no-shows will not be refunded.
Please let us know in the "Comments" text field on the registration page if vegetarian dishes or food intolerances need to be taken into account.
By submitting your registration, you agree that all sound, image and film recordings made during the Ruska Camp may be used by Ruska Camp Team beyond the event without restriction. This relates primarily to reporting, e.g. in the press, on our website or in social networks and to invitations for follow-up events. You can revoke your consent in writing before the event.
